These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our telecommunications services. By subscribing or using our services, you agree to comply with the rules outlined below.

Acceptable Use

Customers must use our network responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially the Laws on telecommunication of the Republic of Kosovo (Law on Electronic Communications (No. 04/L-109), regulated by the Authority of Electronic and Postal Communications (ARKEP)), and national laws of the country of the contractor (if applicable)

Intended Conduct

General customer service in commercial applications
Localization and tracking of commercial land-fleet and marine vehicles
Transcription of real-time audio communications with explicit consent on both calling and called party
transcoding and relaying of voice communications across network boundary

Prohibited Conduct

Illegal activity of any kind, including fraud, hacking, distribution of prohibited content
Harassment, abuse, or threats toward individuals or organizations
Sending of mass messages, spam mails, spam sms or fraudulent calls
Tracking of vehicles that are not operated by the contractor
Tracking of individuals
Injection of spoofed geolocation or non-communicative voice into our networks
Relaying of cyphered audio or data including chiffre and/or use as number stations
Network misuse such as spam, botting, or unauthorized access attempts
Resale or redistribution of services without written consent
Communications or interaction from or with sanctioned objects, persons or entities that are subject to OFAC Sanctions

Termination & Service Denial

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a user or organization:

Engages in illegal or abusive behaviour
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Compromises network security or integrity
Provides false or misleading account information

Limitation of Service

Service availability may vary due to maintenance, technical limitations, or external network conditions. technoluma NETRODA TECHNOLOGIES does not guarantee uninterrupted service or quality of Service (QoS).

Compliance and reporting

These services are monitored, suspicious or illegal activity may be ultimately reported to the telecommunications autorities and/or law enforcement on serious misconduct. the operator is legally required to report illegal activity and provide a governmental emergency and law enforcement contact. authorities may contact through e-mail to report.cosrv-ex@netroda.com the response time will be less than 6 Hours
